Pat Duffy has 29 years’ experience representing clients in Illinois and Indiana. His practice focuses on workers compensation defense but he has tried several cases to verdict before a jury. He graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1983. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana.

Along with his Stone & Johnson colleague, Murray Pinkston, Pat speaks annually to the Society of Safety and Casualty Engineers on the status of Illinois workers compensation laws and Workers Compensation Commission procedures. He also presents in-house seminars for clients multiple times per year.

From 1997 to 2009 he was a member of the Westmont Board of Education, and from 1999 to 2009 he was a member of the Board of Control for the School Association of Special Education in DuPage County. Earlier in the 1990s, Pat was president of the far west suburban chapter of the Autism Society of America.
