For more than 30 years, Bryan has litigated civil claims in Cook and the collar counties.  He has litigated claims pertaining to bodily injuries, construction, transportation (including rail), employer liability, premises liability, nursing home liability and appeals.

Bryan received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.

In the case of Delaney v. McDonald’s Corporation, Bryan represented McDonald’s, the owner of a construction site at which a worker was injured.  The trial and appellate courts held that a dismissal of the worker’s claim against the electrical contractor precluded McDonald’s from seeking contribution from the contractor.  The Illinois Supreme Court reversed the lower courts and reinstated the contribution claim.
