Amanda L. Weinberger
Amanda L. Weinberger represents clients across various industries in complex litigation. She has served as national coordinating counsel in toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability claims for clients in the consumer package goods, healthcare, and heavy equipment industries. Amanda also has obtained favorable results for physicians and other licensed professionals in malpractice and professional ethics matters. She has advised healthcare clients on compliance with federal regulations and obtained favorable resolutions in Medicare enforcement actions and an FCC enforcement against a national healthcare retailer.
Amanda obtained a bachelor’s degree in English literature, cum laude, from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. She then graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. During law school, Amanda earned CALI Excellence for the Future awards for her work in her legal analysis, writing and communication and immigration courses. Amanda has presented at national conferences on emerging trends in asbestos litigation. In 2019, she contributed to the Illinois Institute of Continuing Education’s update to its publication on Illinois Product Liability Practice and the Lexis Nexus update to its Illinois Practice Guide to Personal Injury Actions. Amanda is active in local bar associations and served on the Junior Board of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services from 2013 to 2018.
